Jackymac mineral makeup will gladly refund or exchange purchased items under the following conditions:

Unwanted Goods

In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling, which has been incorporated into U.K. law

by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations, you as the consumer have the right to

cancel your order with us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Day one to be the day after you receive the goods.

You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us, all other monies (less the original delivery cost) will

returned within 30 days date from cancellation, on the understanding that the goods are returned in the condition

of which they are received as new unopened and in original packaging. If we have not received our goods back

within that time, the Regulations allows us to deduct what it would cost us to retrieve the goods from you the consumer.

You don’t have this cancellation right

if the item is personalised or made to order

If you've been sent the wrong item or the item is faulty, you can return it and ask for your money back. In these cases we will cover the cost of returning the items.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:

If you place an order that subsequently becomes unavailable or there is a delay in delivery Jackymac mineral makeup will contact you via email OR phone within 24 hours to advise you of the situation and the options available to you are:

ETA of the product ordered OR

A substitute product OR

Full refund
